Customer Care Representative


  • As a Customer Care Respresentative you act as the single point of contact for our international customers. This means that you offer the top customers of H.Essers an optimal and excellent service by taking on a coordinating, mediating role between the customer and H.Essers. This way you succeed in providing a service that is professional and customer-oriented.
  • By doing so, you ensure a smooth cooperation and you know how to build a relationship of trust between the customer and H.Essers. Optimal customer loyalty is key to this. To achieve this, you follow up on the customer's shipments and defend the customer's interests within the organisation, but with the interests of your own organisation in mind. You go that extra mile within the possibilities of your own organization.

You hold the principle of 'customer is king' in high esteem and have, preferably already had the opportunity to put this principle into practice within a professional context. You love the international dynamism and drive associated with this position and department being the world of transportation.
