Technical Support Team Leader

Requirements:

  • Excellent  English capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Good understanding of Windows operatig system
  • Good troubleshooting skills to diagnose a problem, and work towards a resolution 
  • Ability to do presentations
  • Ability to manage support team and define proper procedures 
  • At least 6 years experience supporting international customers / B2B
  • 4+ years experience managing team of 6+ people
  • Experience in supporting complex software products
Responsibilities:
  • Technical support for customers / potential customers 
  • Troubleshooting customers / potential customers  issues
  • Helping sales present the products and answer technical Issues 
  • Managing the international support team
  • Define working procedures
