Presale Technical support Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support for customers / potential customers 
  • Troubleshooting customers / potential customers  issues
  • Helping sales present the products and answer technical Issues 
  • Managing the international support team
  • Define working procedures 

 
Requirements:

  • Excellent  English capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Good understanding of Windows operatig system
  • Good troubleshooting and resolution skills to diagnose a problem, and work towards a resolution 
  • Ability to do presentations
  • Ability to manage support team and define proper procedures 
  • At least 4 years experience supporting international customers / B2B
  • At least 2 years experience as a Support Team Leader 
  • Experience in supporting complex software products
