Agile Partners is looking to fill a vacant Customer Support Officer position. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. The person joining us will be a part of a great team creating amazing FinTech products. You will be working along a team of talented professionals, designers and developers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers all the time
  • Communicating with Customer via different customer care methods/channels
  • Monitoring the incoming tickets
  • Knowing the product and the procedures inside and out
  • To perform an accurate analysis of the issue, by identifying and categorizing it basing on the SOP
  • Responde promptly to Customer’s inquiries
  • Resolve Customer’s requests
  • Monitoring and keeping record of Customers interactions, comments, feedback and complaints
  • Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support service
  • Communicating with other teams if necessary

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Strong knowledge of English
  • Proven customer support or experience as a client service representative
  • Proficiency with ICT tools, including MS Office software
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Quality Focus, problem solving, patience, negotiation, positive attitude, attention to details
  • Fast learner
  • Team player
