Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Founded in 2012, Mogo Finance is a fast growing auto loan provider headquartered in Latvia and also operating subsidiaries in Estonia, Lithuania, Georgia, Poland, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Belarus, Armenia, Albania, Ukraina, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia . The company has own branches in more than 70 cities, cooperates with more than 600 car dealerships, and has about 400 employees.
 
As of today, the company has funded more than 160 million EUR in loans and has more than 12 000 active customers.
 
Location: Chisinau, Moldova
Position: COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Main responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing business strategy, plans and procedures in order to maximize the growth and drive efficiency of the business
- Overseeing daily operations of the country, subordinate the work of executives in Customer Service, Collections, Back Office, IT
- Identify opportunities for improving processes, implement them in regional branches of the company
- Identify process improvement opportunities throughout the company's business (service) cycle
- Maintain and build contacts with partners
 
Technical Skills
- You have ideally 3 - 4 years’ experience on a similar position
- You are fluent in English both written and spoken, and you have excellent written English communication skills with ability to develop and deliver presentations
- You have very good Excel skills (essential), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint skills
- You have an understanding of processes, standards, SLAs & KPIs concepts
