Client Support Service @Call Center, no cold calls, no sales!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receiving calls from US based customers and inserting order details in the database;
  • Replying to customer requests, being polite, attentive and offering high-quality customer service;

Job Requirements:

  • Upper intermediate or fluency in one of the following languages: English/Spanish/Korean/Chinese;
  • Sociability and proven experience in conflict resolution;
  • Reliability, punctuality and organizational skills;
  • Politeness and stress resistance;
  • The desire to grow and develop with us;
  • Problem-solving competencies;
  • User level computer literacy.
