Personal assistant to the managing director (Сhisinau)

Job Purpose

To provide an efficient and responsive administrative,
organizational, and logistical service to the Managing Director (MD), with daily professional and personal duties. You will be responsible for providing full secretarial assistance to the management team during absences to ensure a high level of service is maintained. This position will be of key importance within the organization and the successful candidate must have previous secretarial and administrative experience.

Main duties

Handling various personal matters with discretion and diplomacy.
Managing household projects as they arise.
Manage and maintain the MD’s diary and email account.
Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively.
Schedule on behalf of the MD meetings, coordinate travel and accommodation requirements.
Ability to travel.
Keep and retrieve files.
Perform other duties as required.

Skills required

English language (spoken and written) is required.
Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills.
Bright, confident personality.
Willing to travel.
