Personal assistant

TUYA HOME is one of the Leading Suppliers of kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and doors system. We are looking for a personal assistant to the Managing Director (MD).

Main duties

  • Manage and maintain the Director's diary and email account.
  • Handling various personal matters.
  • Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively.
  • Schedule on behalf of the MD meetings, coordinate travel and accommodation requirements.
  • Full secretarial assistance to the management team.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Skills required

  • English language (spoken and written) is required.
  • An Architect or Designer is an advance.
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Bright, confident personality.
  • Willing to travel.
  • An Architect or Designer is an advance.

Benefits:
