- Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience for min 1 year in HR recruiting processes;
- Confidence, strong communication and interpersonal skills and business acumen necessary to interact with candidates;
- Well organized, able to assimilate information and learn quickly;
- Good knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English;
- Good knowledge of PC.
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process across the organization following forecast plan for each project;
- Uses various online tools and data bases in the search and selection process.
