Consumer Engagement Executive

• Contribute to development and efficient implementation of marketing strategies in LAMP (Legal Age Meeting Points) channel on the assigned territory
• Perform daily route plan visits, manage effective product availability and visibility, keep track of field activities, prepare territory status reports, analyze market dynamics and seize relevant market opportunities
• Develop programs, tools, mechanics, platforms aimed at fulfillment of cycle and yearly KPIs by brand
• Coordinate hostess team work, from recruitment to execution of targets, including coaching, motivation and continuous results tracking vs objectives
• Maintain and further improve partnership relations with key partners and clients
• Cooperate within the team and with third party suppliers on execution of marketing programs, including, but not limited to: briefings, objectives setting, supervision, delivering within set timelines and established budget; and assuming responsibility for the final result

• Higher education (university degree in marketing, management or economics is a plus)
• Experience with FMCG industry with expertise in promo force and brand marketing
• Language Skills: Russian/Romanian – fluent, English – upper intermediate and higher
• Computer literacy (particularly strong with Power Point and Excel) and general digital savvy
• Driving license (cat. B) and solid driving experience
