• Optimizing business operations
• Develop Improvement Plan(This plan can include things like updating computer software, implementing a new Web presence and adjusting customer service protocol.)
• Assisting in everyday problem solving with all CRM users.
• Updating all internal procedures according to the approved changes;
• Create, develop and maintain new projects and procedures needed for the business;
• Training and mentor lower level employees in business operations;
• Processing metrics and feedback from process users;
• English (speaking and writing) – upper intermediate
• Relevant technical education
• Skill in the analysis and re-engineering of systems, processes, and procedures
• Capability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Good communication, writing skills and teamwork
• Experience in high tech/IT customer support – advantage
