Job Description:

  • Analyzing and reporting customer reviews;
  • Respond to online reviews in a timely manner;
  • Manage, research and resolve customer complaints;
  • Monitor and answer social media inbox inquiries;
  • Analyze, investigate and update cases to ensure the integrity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Good English knowledge (both written and verbal);
  • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage, but not obligatory;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;
  • Attention to detail, quick learner's skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Flexible in approach - able to think “outside of the box” in developing. Proactive solutions for resolving issues.
