- Good English knowledge (both written and verbal);
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage, but not obligatory;
- Excellent writing and communication skills, strong interpersonal skills;

- Flexible in approach - able to think “outside of the box” in developing. Proactive solutions for resolving issues.
