Administrative Project Coordinator

We ship to over 170 countries and sell via 30 own online stores which are fueled by cutting edge technology and world class marketing.
Through Picanova API, thousands of merchants world-wide leverage our print on demand facilities to fulfill their orders in a drop-shipping and automatized way. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to deal with several day-to-day activities related to product portfolio management, as well as admin tasks such as 1st level technical and administrative support.

Your responsibilities:  

  • managing product portfolio (product activation, de-activation, soft- and hard- test orders) 
  • managing price groups / price lists
  • creating reports 
  • checking order status 
  • managing invoices and refunds 
  • informing customers about product activation / de-activation 
  • managing the API product newsletter 
  • 1st level technical support 


The perfect Candidate: 

  • Has prior experience as a Project Manager and is a fast learner
  • Pays attention to details and is self organized 
  • Is a proficient Excel user 
  • Is fluent in English (at least B2)
