Department Manager (International company)

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the SSC department. We are looking for a motivated and experience individual who can take the team to a higher level. The SSC is providing services for offices in Poland, Holland, Germany and our local office in Chisinau.

Job description
• Increase and managing SSC team;
• Responsible for development, standardization and optimization of all tasks in the SSC;
• Responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of processes and tasks fulfilled by the SSC team;
• Being a key point of contact for the internal customers;
• Support the team on various projects regarding continuous improvements to processes and systems;
• Reporting to the Group Controller.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
  • An excellent level of both verbal and written English.
  • c. 5+ years of experience working within a SSC department.
  • c. 5+ years of experience in supervisory/ managerial positions.
  • Good knowledge of working with international customers, people, Microsoft office.
  • Excellent organizational skills a must as dealing with a large diverse team.
  • Strong time management skills - ability to meet deadlines, delegate and work effectively under time pressure.
The main services running at the moment in the SSC :
Processing bankstatements, processing purchase invoices, daily/monthly fuel control, providing KPIs for several departments in different countries.
