Marketing Project Manager

HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com on behalf of his client, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor the marketing budget;
  • Contribute to the achievement of the team’s objectives and targets;
  • Carry out annual and mid-year appraisals and regular 1-2-1 meetings with direct reports, incorporating the evaluation of learning and development needs;
  • Monitor and report on ACQ and RET trends;
  • Keep under review the operational processes and to develop these processes in order to ensure the quality and accuracy of the work of the ACQ and RET function remains efficient and effective;
  • Identify, develop and implement future opportunities for ACQ nad RET strategies in order to improve acqusition and retention rates;
  • Have a working knowledge of the systems/programs (ERP, VCC, Power BI, ASANA);
  • Work collaboratively with the other Team Leaders to ensure that the operational aspects of the team run smoothly and that the workload is shared appropriately amongst the wider team throughout the year;
  • Develop and maintain relations and direct communications with all Team Leads;
  • Understand and interpret statistical information to help inform business decisions and project developments;
  • Review marketing projects and monitor they are delivered as scheduled and within budget to best possible quality standards;
  • Perform as consultant to marketing staff of operating unit associated with strategy plus planning activities;
  • Provide ideas as well as opportunities to assist and enhance sales results and local marketing;
  • Develop, maintain and update comprehensive project files as well as documentation like instructions, charts, logging and tracking etc.;
  • Ensure to protect and utilize Learning Tree Brand consistently and appropriately;
  • Participate in allocated marketing strategy of operating unit as well as planning activities to present manufacturing opportunities and ideas to assist and enhance local marketing plus sales results;
  • Manage and develop special marketing as well as research projects as allocated;
  • Conduct all activities plus assigned projects within budget to best quality possible;
  • Attain project milestones as scheduled and present final materials on-time;
  • Ensure to understand program goals and identify communications tools best suitable to accomplish program objectives;
  • Prepare project timelines plus manage projects to establish budgets.
