CRM Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building CRM campaigns and workflows with special attention to details, including email, SMS marketing and site/mobile messaging;
  • Improving customer communication experience throughout the customer journey - from initial contact to repeat purchasing activity;
  • Planning and running of experiments ensuring customer support and marketing outreach are working together;
  • Conducting retrospective customer surveys that help provide improvements in customer retention and customer satisfaction.

Required skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Commitment to excellent service;
  • Accuracy and strong attention to details;
  • Good organisation and prioritising abilities;
  • Ability to learn quickly in changing environment.
