Retention Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop direct marketing channel (email, sms and other) strategy with the goal to increase customer retention and loyalty;
  • Prepare content and segmentation, be able to suggest good visual material ideas and call to action wording;
  • Follow up on campaign execution - carry out A/B tests, monitor deliver-ability etc.;
  • Analyse results - prepare campaign summaries, lessons learned and identify next steps to improve campaign performance;
  • Collect feedback and understanding from the company users to improve the Customer Experience;
  • Collaborate with Country managers, Digital marketing, Customer Care and Sales Team to improve existing customer retention processes and come up with new ideas;
  • Research and explore new industry updates and ideas;
  • Share practices from other markets and train local team.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ year experience in email marketing and/or CRM;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or other related fields;
  • Solid organisational and project management skills;
  • Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English languages;
  • Knowledge of multiple email marketing platforms and top communication channels;
  • Experience in personnel training.
