Customer Service Representative at H.Essers

Work responsibilities:
⦁ Be the main contact point for the customer
⦁ Proactive communicate about possible delays and issues in transportation
⦁ Provide information on customer request by Phone or Email
⦁ Collaborate with other departments within H.Essers in order to provide the customer with the best solution
