IT Recruiter (IT Talent scout) / Рекрутер ИТ персонала
We are looking for an HR partner (recruiter) with an extensive IT recruitment background.
Positions to be filled: Senior and Middle IT developers (full-time, remote).
Responsibilities:
- Active recruitment
- Search for candidates
- Interviewing for tech skills
- Checking application forms
- Shortlisting candidates
- Continuous maintenance of relationships with passive candidates and informing them about open vacancies
- Drawing up vacancies with developers
- Job posting
- Organization of interviews using the work schedule of all participants of Google Calendar and work dashboard
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
- Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a database of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Lead job offer process, onboarding of new employees
- Be the most proactively, initiative and respectful in communication with candidates and Leadership team
- Taking personal ownership for recruiting results
- Providing support to employees
- Building and developing a system of internal communications
- Preparing various reports including Google Sheets
Requirements:
- IT recruitment background: 3+ years is a MUST. Applicants from other industries and spheres are not considered.
- Fluent English.
- Huge IT devs network
- Willingness and ability to close 5+ positions monthly
