WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Client/Partner onboarding
- Assessing and understanding the Client’s needs
- Provide close support to the Client on every phase
- Communicating with other teams (internal and external)
- Closely monitor and ensure the implementation process runs as expected and commitments to Client are honored
- Communicating with Customer and provide support for each of the phase
- Knowing the product and the procedures and the systems inside and out
- Monitor the implementation phases
- Get the Client LIVE
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Card Acquiring and Card Issuing knowledge bachelor's degree
- Has relevant work experience of at least 3 years with Card Acquiring and Card Issuing (Banks, Processing Centers, FinTech Companies etc.)
- Advanced level of English
- Technical expertise
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
The position assumes full time job in the company office. Part time is not possible.
