  • A minimum of 2 year of experience as HR Manager or similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Interpersonal, negotiation, conflict resolution and ethical conduct skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Fluency in both Romanian and Russian language. Advanced English skills required

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring new staff
  • Overseeing the daily workflow in the company
  • Elaborating and maintaining HR corporate strategy among all offices
  • Providing constructive and timely performance evaluations
  • Handling discipline and termination of employees in accordance to company’s policy
  • Creating learning and development programs and initiatives to provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Being in charge of office supplies and handling restocking in a timely manner
  • Consulting the legal team to ensure policies comply with the federal and country law
  • Keeping record of the benefits plan and updating it quarterly
  • Responding to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs
  • Conducts surveys to constantly improve a beneficial working atmosphere
  • Preparing budget for human resources operations
  • Preparing employee separation notices and conducting exit interviews
