Office Administrator (for Business Center)
Main tasks:
- Overseeing the upkeep of the building;
- Performing administrative duties;
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;
- Handling daily ad hoc responsibilities;
- Handling requests related to parcels, faxes, postal mails, etc.
- Organizing the office layout, maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
Key Requirements:
- Higher education;
- With 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar position (in a Business Center or Front Desk experience in a hotel);
- Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, Romanian and Russian with guests/visitors and co-workers in writing, by telephone, and in person;
- Good communication with all staff level and ability to maintain positive relationships;
- Organizational and time-management skills.
