HR-Consulting ( on behalf of his client, is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfil the position of:

Office Administrator (for Business Center)

Main tasks:

  • Overseeing the upkeep of the building;
  • Performing administrative duties;
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients;
  • Handling daily ad hoc responsibilities;
  • Handling requests related to parcels, faxes, postal mails, etc.
  • Organizing the office layout, maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.

Key Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • With 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar position (in a Business Center or Front Desk experience in a hotel);
  • Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, Romanian and Russian with guests/visitors and co-workers in writing, by telephone, and in person;
  • Good communication with all staff level and ability to maintain positive relationships;
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
