HR-Consulting is looking for Sales Representative for international project Sonr.
Sonr is a gadget for swimmers, swimming coaches, freedivers and triathletes, designed to make you a champion as soon as possible! This small device is placed on the swimmer's head, and the swimming coach speaks into the radio, prompts and corrects.
Your main responsibilities:
- Strategic planning of sales development of the Sonr product;
- Searching and attraction new clients (B2B and B2C segments);
- Negotiation and making online presentations to clients;
- Composing and sending commercial offers;
- Introducing data in CRM and using it for analytics and sales improvement;
- Sales team building.
- Fluent Russian and English languages;
- Experience in the field of active sales (preferably online sales) for at least 2 years;
- Experience in building or managing sales teams;
- Experience in making effective decisions and taking responsibility;
- Strategic and analytical thinking;
- Self-organization, customer orientation and focus on results.
