Job Responsibilities:
⦁ Respond to questions regarding the use of company software products;
⦁ Log, categorize, and track incidents reported by end-users in the support ticketing system;
⦁ Validate end-user bug reports and escalate issues to the IT team when necessary;
⦁ Provide assistance to clients with the help of various internal tools;
⦁ Ensure clients use the products correctly and oversee usage;
⦁ Suggest software enhancements based on end-user feedback;
⦁ Assist with data entry and data correction when requested.

Qualifications:
⦁ Ability to successfully interact with other IT professionals and end-users;
⦁ High attention to detail;
⦁ Problem solving skills;
⦁ Intermediate English level (B1) is a plus.
