Client Service Representative

About the company:

Your areas of responsibility:
• Answer incoming phone calls, assign tasks to appropriate individuals and ensure every effort is made to effectively handle customer requests and complaints;
• Provide technical support to customers;
• Develop open and effective channel of communication with each client and communicate with different teams to resolve a problem;
• Maintain database of standard customer complaints in CRM;
• Work with key business groups to identify customer excellence and bring to light customer feedback and effectiveness;
• Research and promote industry leading practices to create outstanding customer relations.

Your qualifications:
• College diploma or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education;
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment;
• Experience in technical customer service – will be considered an advantage;
• Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers;
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2);
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and Word.
