● Answering client requests for luxury properties;
● Making recommendation, depending on the needs of the customer;
● Providing excellent Customer Service and resolving customer questions regarding accounts, special offers or promotions;
● Updating information in the computer system database;
● Providing updated information regarding rates and availability, destinations and other important travel information.
