Job Description:
• Work in a US logistics company.
• Manage customer service inquiries by providing assistance by chat, e-mail and phone.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Essential Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written interaction) is a must.
• Ability to work in evening, night and weekend shifts is a must.
• Good organizational and planning skills.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus.
• Experience in logistics is an advantage.
