We are looking for German speakers that will support an E-Commerce platform, by dealing with customers world wide.
- salary 450 EUR;
- 8 hours day shift 09.00 - 18.00 ;
- office in the center of Chisinau;
- official employment;
- paid meals.
The overall responsibility will be:
- Handle e-mails, ensure consistent productivity & quality of service and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Respond and resolve promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Proficient in German (written and spoken level B2-C1);
- Basic skills in Word, Excel;
- Able to multi-task;
- Strong team player with commitment and a positive attitude;
- The ability to think quickly, to make a recommendation or propose a solution to a customer's problem.
