Job description:

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes based on scope of work
• Organize services on board (personnel, tools, materials)
• Communication with clients for problems found and suitable solutions under service manager supervision
• Correct use of company management software and internal procedures
• Feedback to sales managers on ongoing activities and problem
• Authorize costs related to managed activities
• Cooperation with colleagues
• Schedule technicians for the jobs according to their skills (based on training and certifications)
• Provide needed information about logistic and equipment / scope of work of the job
• Assisting technicians while service is ongoing

Qualifications and experience

• English is mandatory
• Italian a plus
• Mental organized
• Technical skills (not mandatory)
• Technical drawing a plus
• Office package (excel, word, email)
