We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Moldova.
In this role you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for the international product company.
- Searching and screening candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
- Handling pre-screen HR interviews with candidates for technical positions
- Assisting to hiring managers and teammates with interviewing process
- Maintaining and enlarging internal database of candidates
- Supporting candidates on the each stage of the hiring process
- Assisting with actual market research and providing recruitment reports.
- At least 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques and resources
- Self-sufficiency and high level of responsibility
Will be an advantage:
- Degree in psychology or management
