Implementation manager

What would you do
  • Provide technical and project support for assigned customers, and analyze their needs and requirements.
  • Communicate directly with customers related to ongoing tasks and issues.
  • Ensure smooth customer experience on minor new feature development.
  • Work closely with the product team (developers, IT project development coordinators).
What we expect from you
  • Previous work experience in the IT field or a similar role would be nice.
  • We are looking for a person who is a quick learner and forward-thinker, ambitious to go beyond expectations.
  • Positive attitude, high motivation, and problem-solving skillset.
  • Totally focused on delivering excellent services to our customers.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
