Job Overview:

• Oversee and manage the company's financial and accounting operations in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Manage and coordinate the audit process, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Proven experience as a senior accountant or in a supervisory accounting role.
• In-depth knowledge of Moldovan accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Romanian and Russian; English proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
