JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Defending and supporting the company’s strategy, mission and values, ensuring that the company’s objectives are known and measurable by guiding employees in the right direction;
  • Act as a mentor and coach to employees in the context of identifying and developing talent within the department;
  • Building and Maintaining strong professional relationship with colleagues in other H.Essers Entities;
  • Constant follow-up of all HR KPI’s;
  • Recruiting and selecting staff to ensure business continuity;
  • Monitoring and implementing legislative changes with direct impact on the Company;
  • Manage all HR processes in the Company’s applications and systems;

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other certificates in HR field is an advantage
  • Experience in HR field
  • Strong Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details and result oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
  • Advanced command of English
