Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the staffing needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires identifying candidates with the right skills and qualifications according to company needs and culture.

Is this you?

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter;
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc;)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes;
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills;
  • Entrepreneurial qualities necessary for managing risk and leading change;
  • Curiosity and passion for learning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to identify potential candidates;
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings;
  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements;
  • Conduct interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit;
  • Administer skills assessments and tests as needed to evaluate candidates' technical abilities;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities;
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection;
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages as necessary;
  • Keep detailed records of candidate interactions and feedback;
  • Update and maintain the candidate database;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights;
  • Project tasks such as: Adapting new Recruitment Soft to the company's needs, career fairs, and relevant events.
