We are looking for a highly motivated Back-end developer to join our team. You will help our web back-end development team to produce outstanding web and responsive designs.

You will develop scalable and reliable services and APIs, using NodeJs, AWS/Serverless.

What we think you’ll need to be successful:

• Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it (Express)
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages (Jade, EJS)
• General knowledge of coding practices
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Experience in back-end development for SaaS products in an agile environment;
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• Good English spoken and written skills.
• Motivation to learn new technologies.
• Ability to adapt fast to new scenarios.
• Proactive in suggesting new concepts/ideas, customer-oriented, and problem-solving attitude, continuous learning
• Knowledge of AWS, or a strong willingness to learn;
• Experience in big data, stream processing, analytic a great plus;
• Interest in DevOps a great plus;

Responsibilities:

• integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions.
