Team Leader Asset Management (Șef Serviciu active/tehnic)

Petrom-Moldova is looking for a full time position of Team Leader Asset Management (Șef Serviciu Managementul Activelor)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • In charge with Petrom filling stations network development strategy.
  • Responsible for Petrom assets investment strategy and implementation, including budget management, project management, contract management, implementation and monitoring of performance.
  • Ensure functioning and well-maintained filling stations assets, through stations maintenance management, including budget management, contractors management and project management, in order to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Support Retail Manager in planning and executing all asset-related aspects.
  • Define country Asset network development strategy.
  • Advise Retail Manager on all asset-related aspects.

Break down/adapt overall strategy to country level:

  • Implement overall network development strategy in country and monitor status on ongoing basis;
  • Define detailed KPI's for country network;
  • Project Management for all projects part of Investment plans;
  • Ensure information availability about Asset relevant issues;
  • Consolidate and report to International Asset Manager on regular basis;

Monitor existing network performance and propose action:

  • Define potential cost savings on the existing asset base;
  • Divest by closure or sell-off to other parties if necessary;
  • Suggest opening/ acquiring of new stations, if economics and feasibility checks are positive;
  • Responsible for managing asset processes with owners of rented stations (investments, feasibilities, FS design, technical standards, construction supervision, taking over locations, follow up);
  • Modernize existing stations following same procedure, if economics and feasibility checks are positive;

Manage stations maintenance and corresponding tender processes:

  • Draft short, mid and long term maintenance plans;
  • Manage tender processes for maintenance contracts;
  • Set up budget according to network plan;
  • Prioritize maintenance works in case of budget shortage;
  • Maintain relationship and act as central contact point for maintenance contractors;
  • Maintain relationship with owners of rented station for maintenance process and parties responsibilities;

Manage real estate contracts:

  • Prolong rental contracts in case of expiry;
  • Re-negotiate real-estate contracts;
  • Administrate existing contracts;
  • Administrate utilities contracts;
  • Advise/approve changes in asset base requested by other departments;
  • Project Management for asset changes in filling station, shop/gastro;
  • Etc.

Main requirements:

  • Educational requirements: University degree; (preferably Technical)
  • Work experience in similar position: at least 7 years
  • Management experience at least 5 years
  • Languages:Romanian; English fluent
  • Computer literate;
  • Very good Knowledge of Republic of Moldova legislative requirements;
  • Driving license cat. B;
  • Good presentation & communication skills;
  • Managerial skills;
  • Management of contractors.
