Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to questions regarding the use of company software products
- Log, categorize, and track incidents reported by end-users in the support ticketing system
- Validate end-user bug reports and escalate issues to the IT team when necessary
- Provide assistance to clients with the help of various internal tools
- Ensure clients use the products correctly and oversee usage
- Suggest software enhancements based on end-user feedback
- Assist with data entry and data correction when requested
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with IT professionals and end-users, demonstrating strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (B2) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand and troubleshoot technical issues
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to collaborate as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment
