Hotel Receptionist

HOTEL JAZZ is seeking for a new colleague to join our Reception team based.
We are looking for a positive, motivated, team-working and responsible person.

The Role

  • The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors to the hotel and is responsible for the first impression they have when they enter in.
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone: answering or referring inquires.

What We Are Looking For from You:

  • Good knowledge of English is compulsory, fluent Romanian and other languages is an advantage
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office
  • Pleasant appearence, good communication skills, positive attitude, team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Communicative, team worker, client oriented attitude
  • Previous work experience would be a plus

  • Working in shifts 2/2 (08:00-20:00 , 20:00-08:00)
