We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to effectively promote our products/services and enhance our brand presence. Your innovative ideas and strategic thinking will contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all the social media channels (Linkedin, Instagram) according to the brand’s voice and visual guidelines
• Manage and improve the company website and blog
• Support the global HR team with promo materials - job posts, banners, branded print materials (merchandising)
• Monitor job market landscape and improve the company offer
• Support the event organization (hackathons, team buildings and other events)
• Develop customer-oriented promotional materials (brochures, presentations, etc.) for the sales team - Lead Generation

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience 3 years as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar marketing role
• Proficiency in using marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms
• Proven working experience in marketing, preferably within the IT industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and interpersonal & ability to work across a globally distributed team
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of employer branding tactics and understanding of HR internal workflows
• Experience with promotional materials and good taste in visual packaging
• Advanced English skills (B2-C1)
