Road Service Coordinator (up to $2500)

American business, with a branch office in Chisinau, is looking for talented, ambitious people to join our team.

A Road Service Assistant helps by providing proper roadside assistance to our customers. Acting as a first line of response to drivers’ emergency roadside needs.
The workflow activities will mainly focus on:  

  • processing  incoming calls,
  • registering orders, and 
  • coordinating the process of road service delivery.

Candidate requirements:   

  • Advanced English level (verbal and written);
  • Trucking experience( mechanics, truck driving) serves as an advantage
  • Great communication skills;
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
  • Receiving and processing calls from customers needing emergency road service;
  • Effectively multitask, remain professional and productive under pressure;
  • Deliver on-time great customer service;
  • Night Shift: 11 PM - 8 AM
