  • 5+ years of experience managing / leading customer support team(s);
  • Understanding of the operational processes from both customer support and commercial angles;
  • Delivering exceptional customer experience, creating and implementing strategies that are backed up with metrics;
  • Knowledge and experience of how to build high-performing teams and reporting structures;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
