HR Junior & Payroll

Business Plane Logistics an international company specialized in time critical shipments worldwide, with its headquarters based in Kishinev, it is looking for a motivated individual who is ready to put their problem-solving skills to work.

Report to the CFO and COO the candidate will be in charge of:
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Working with the accounting team in order to prepare the payroll, expenses refund and overtime and assure they be paid on time.

Specific Education & Experience Requirements:
• English level (B2) at least
• Good working knowledge of computer systems/applications; i. E. Microsoft Word, Excel
• High attention to detail and follow standard procedure
• Ability to plan, prioritize and complete assignments within deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics and reliability, Respect for confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree is a plus
