We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a Customer Support and Ticketing background to expand our Support Team.


  • Proficient verbal and written communication English skills;
  • Experience in the travel industry and GDS knowledge is a MUST (Sabre, Amadeus);
  • Excellent customer service via phone and email;
  • Contacting and negotiating with the airlines;
  • Being organized, attention to detail, problem solving skills;
  • Answer all questions in a persuasive and professional manner.
