As an account manager you will be responsible for creating and maintaining successful B2B collaborations with potential partners and clients.
Key Responsabilities:
- Finding potential prospects and establishing client relationships with them
- Expanding company’s sales pipeline and developing effective sales strategies for creating and onboarding new clients
- Managing relationships with existing customers
- Negotiating with potential clients and arranging collaborations
- Closing sales and providing after sales support
- Working on constantly improving the customer journey together with the Product team
- Serving as the link of communication between key customers and the product team
An ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- 2+ years of solid experience in Sales (B2B experience will be an advantage)
- Result-driven proactive attitude
- Good analytical skills, ability to think outside the box and come up with effective solutions
- Former experience of working with IT products will constitute an advantage
- Fluent Russian and Romanian, at least Intermediate level of English
- Care and empathy for the customer and their experience, and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Constant desire for self-development
