We are looking for:

Account Manager (Sales)

As an account manager you will be responsible for creating and maintaining successful B2B collaborations with potential partners and clients.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Finding potential prospects and establishing client relationships with them
  • Expanding company’s sales pipeline and developing effective sales strategies for creating and onboarding new clients
  • Managing relationships with existing customers
  • Negotiating with potential clients and arranging collaborations
  • Closing sales and providing after sales support
  • Working on constantly improving the customer journey together with the Product team
  • Serving as the link of communication between key customers and the product team

An ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
  • 2+ years of solid experience in Sales (B2B experience will be an advantage)
  • Result-driven proactive attitude
  • Good analytical skills, ability to think outside the box and come up with effective solutions
  • Former experience of working with IT products will constitute an advantage
  • Fluent Russian and Romanian, at least Intermediate level of English
  • Care and empathy for the customer and their experience, and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
  • Constant desire for self-development
