We are IGTeam, a young and dynamic group of enthusiasts, providing dispatch and logistics services for the American transportation market right in the heart of Chisinau.
We are with IGT Logistics, an American freight brokerage, specializing in over-the-road trucking, as well as international shipping.

We are currently hiring for a Carrier Sourcing position.

Job Description:

Grow and expand different verticals within our carrier network by identifying Dedicated, Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and other specialized capacities within a targeted carrier base. Act strategically to facilitate the achievement of the business goals through all sales activities including: managing a freight portfolio, providing and negotiating freight rates, building carrier relationships, and leveraging the knowledge of the business and industry to influence and impact decision-making processes.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Learn carrier transportation networks and match with contract lanes and other customer opportunities;
  • Develop drop trailer capacity;
  • Develop targeted specialized carriers to expand IGT’s mode offering;
  • Build routing guides for contract lanes and other consistent freight;
  • Understand cost structure while negotiating long-term freight rates based on market trends;
  • Develop a committed carrier base to strategically engage with Customer Sales Reps with incoming RFPs and spot freight opportunities;
  • Continuously onboard quality carriers based on IGT Logistics' carrier requirements;
  • Collaboration with the Customer Sales team to provide better solutions to our customers and carriers;
  • Other duties as assigned.
Salary Pay:
  • Starting Net Pay: $1300/month;
  • Great pay based on performance up to $5000 net a month;
  • Base + Bonuses Pay.
Candidate requirements:
  • Previous experience in the trucking industry (min 6 months);
  • Advanced English level, both verbal and written;
  • Great communicational and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results;
  • Ability to multitask and give attention to detail. Must be a problem solver;
  • Availability to work evening shifts Mon-Fri 15:00-24:00.
