Our headquarter is in Vienna, Austria. We also have an extension in Chisinau, Moldova.
Your role at Kodeson:
- You will prospect the German, Swiss, and Austrian markets via LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Cold approaching potential clients by email and phone
- Setting up meetings with potential clients
- Creating long-lasting relationships with European business decision-makers
Your profile:
- You speak fluent English
- You can communicate effectively and have good interpersonal skills
- You are able to develop email and phone pitches
- You have a background in sales
- You, preferably, have an understanding of the IT landscape

Your remuneration:
- The base salary is negotiable.
- Fixed €30 commission for every client meeting.
- Fixed commission: 10% of the deal’s gross profit.
