The Company Macolines, member of H.Essers  is looking for 3D Modeler.

Macolines, is a construction engineering agency specialized in the preparation of high-quality 3D models and 2D construction drawings for contractors and installers in the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and modifying models created with Tekla Structures. Prepare and modifying drawings per specifications and customer requirements. You will be working closely with one of our employees located in our headquarter in Belgium.

Other duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing 3D models from sketches and/or from 2D drawings
• Model all the needed reinforcement in the Tekla model
• Model all the needed parts for the production of the precast and steel elements
• Create shop drawings for immediate production
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements/Skills

• Preferably some experience with AutoCAD, CDE (Common Data Environment), BIM, Revit or TEKLA (in-house Tekla training will be provided)
• Ability to read and interpret sketches and construction plans
• Able to handle several projects at once with minimum help or guidelines from department
• Self-starter, motivated with ability to start and finish a project on time, be able to work closely with others and have attention for details
• Proactive in communicating project related issues
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office
• Speak fluent English
