Who are you:
We are looking for a Bookkeeping agent who will manage our company’s accounting operations, financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.

Your future job duties:

• To understand expense accounts and cost centers;
• Assists in doing the payments of the invoices ;
• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process;
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements;
• To process outgoing payments in incompliance with financial policies and procedures;
• To verify and investigate discrepancies;
• Reconciling sales taxes and bank accounts at the end of each month;
• Processing accounts receivable and payable;
• Processing checks;
• Understanding ledgers;

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (recommended not a must);
• Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred;
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles;
• At least B2 English communication skills;
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
• Advanced knowledge in Excel/Word/other MS Office programs;
• Great analytical thinking;
• Attentiveness;
• Solid work ethic.
