We are looking for an energetic, communicative customer support representative to join our team and answer questions and requests from our customers. The responsibilities of the customer support representative include addressing inquiries and providing information on our services.

Your job will be to process new leads by answering incoming phone calls, monitoring the live chat, and processing the website requests from prospective clients. You’ll need to exert attention to details, update the CRM, and take any other preliminary actions before the client is ready to be moved forward with our processes. Maintaining accurate records and good communication skills are of the essence for this position.

Which are the role responsibilities?
  • Listening to customer concerns and providing information, answers, or responses;
  • Monitoring various communication channels for incoming potential clients;
  • Updating the CRM;
  • Scheduling calls for the client with other representatives of the company;
  • Obtaining and correctly recording customer information.
  • Reviewing and making changes to customer accounts.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions.
