As a dispatcher with IGTeam,you will be responsible for:
- negotiating rates and securing loads for trucks,
- managing multiple drivers at a time, and
- troubleshooting problems as they arise.
Experience is a plus, it is not required as we provide training to help you succeed in this exciting role.

Our candidate's requirements:
- Advanced level of English, both verbal and written;
- Great communicational and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
- Availability to work night shifts Monday-Friday from 15:00 to 24:00.
